# Manage Your AIBCO Plan and Credit Top-ups

> Compare AIBCO plans and included credits, request upgrades or downgrades, arrange credit top-ups, and see which features unlock on paid plans.

The Billing page in your AIBCO dashboard is where you view your current plan, request upgrades or downgrades, and top up your credits. Go to **Dashboard →** [Billing](https://aibco.ai/dashboard/billing)(`aibco.ai/dashboard/billing`).

The top of the page shows your **current plan**, what it includes, and your remaining **balance**.

## Plans

Every visualization renders **4 images**, different angles of the same placement, for one visualization's credit charge. A message is one visitor question in chat.

## What every plan includes

Every plan, including Free, comes with:

* **1 website domain** for the embedded widget
* **Your [hosted page](/hosted-page/overview)** at `aibco.ai/company/your-name`
* Google Maps address input and image upload
* Email lead capture and email verification
* Automated business knowledge AI training
* AI onboarding account setup via the [Setup Wizard](/setup-wizard)
* **Editable business name** (Free plan appends *"— powered by aibco.ai"* at display time only)

## What paid plans add

Every paid plan (Starter and above) unlocks:

* **Your business name without our branding.** Free shows visitors *"YourName — powered by aibco.ai"*; paid shows *"YourName"* on its own.
* **A [business photo](/widget/general-settings#business-photo)** in the chat header instead of your initials on a dark tile.
* **All visualization models**, not just the default one.
* **Higher product caps**, per the table above.
* **Analytics that don't expire.** Free is limited to 14 days of analytics from signup; see [Free plan: your analytics window](/logs/analytics).

## Changing your plan

Click **Upgrade** or **Downgrade** on any plan card and confirm. This sends a request to the AIBCO team. Nothing is charged and nothing switches automatically. AIBCO follows up to arrange payment and move you over.

  Plan changes are limited to once per month. After you submit a request, the buttons are disabled until the window reopens, and the page tells you the exact date.

## Topping up credits

If you need credits before your next billing cycle, click **Top up**. Like plan changes, this sends a request to the AIBCO team rather than charging a card. AIBCO gets back to you to arrange it.
